Poster Presentation Details

POSTER PRINT SPECIFICATIONS
Posters should be no larger than 1m wide by 1.2m high (size A0 – portrait orientation). Velcro will be available on-site to stick your poster to the display boards.

Posters printed larger than the above dimensions won't fit onto the poster board, and will not be displayed. 

POSTER SESSIONS

There are several dedicated poster sessions throughout the conference, which can be viewed within the full program here.

You are required to stand by your poster for your allocated session noted below. During this time, you will meet with judges and other delegates to present your research.

Plenary Poster Session - Sunday 6 September - 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Christopher & Magie Nordin Poster Session - Tuesday 8 September - 10:15 AM - 10:45 AM

Poster Session 1 - Tuesday 8 September - 11:45 AM - 12:45 PM
Poster Session 2 - Tuesday 8 September - 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM

POSTER SET-UP & TAKE-DOWN

Plenary Posters can be set up from 2pm onwards on Sunday 6 September with all other posters permitted to hang your poster from 8:00 AM onwards on Monday 7 September and should be taken down no later than 11:00 AM on Wednesday 9 September.  You can leave your poster up for the entire duration listed above, but should be at your poster during your allotted session listed above.

Please note that we are unable to assist with the storing, freighting and packing down of any posters. Any remaining posters not removed by the allocated take-down time will be temporarily stored at the registration desk for collection. Any posters not collected from the registration desk by 1:00 PM on Wednesday 9 September will unfortunately be disposed of.
