Speaker Presentation Room

 

PRESENTATION UPLOADING AT NZICC
Presentations must be uploaded in the Speaker Presentation Room (Room 506) at least 1 full session prior to the session you are presenting in.  Please note that all presentations must be uploaded in this room, NOT in the room you are presenting. For those presenting on Wednesday, you must upload your presentation by 5pm on Tuesday 8 September as the Speaker Presentation Room will not be available on Wednesday.

Location: Level 5, Room 506 at New Zealand International Convention Centre
Dates & Hours:

  • Sunday 6 September - 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM
  • Monday 7 September - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday 8 September - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

All presentations will be preloaded and networked to your allocated session room. The AV technicians in the rooms will ensure everything is working and the session chairs will ensure sessions and presentations run to time.
