The conference is taking place on Level 5.  When you enter NZICC, please look at digital signage to make your way up to Level 5.  There are escalators and elevators available at multiple points throughout the centre.

REGISTRATION DESK & HOURS

Please come to the registration desk located in the foyer of Level 5 to pick up your name badge. For security purposes your name badge must be worn at all times during the conference, including social events.

Please note: If your registration is unpaid (see invoice attached), you will not be able to collect your name badge. Therefore, please ensure that your conference account is all paid up before Saturday 5th September.  

If there is an outstanding amount, you can process a payment via your online profile here.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS 

If you have a dietary requirement, there will be a specific buffet setup for you during each catered break. The venue has been sent your requirements and dietary options will be clearly labelled. If your dietary requirement is not listed at the conference or at any of the catered functions, please make yourself known to the catering staff onsite or see an ASN staff member. They will advise you of the options available for you and the specifics around your requirements.  

NZICC work within an open kitchen and can not guarantee that traces of allergen specific foods won't be present. If you have a specific allergy or dietary that cannot contain 'traces' or may cause a severe anaphylactic reaction, we would suggest bringing your own food in for the conference.  Please contact ASN Events directly if you have any questions or concerns around this.
