Jack is a research fellow at the Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition at Deakin University. His research focuses on the role of exercise and diet in cancer survivorship and musculoskeletal health during ageing, with a particular interest in the use of digital health tools to deliver effective and accessible interventions.
